Common questions.
Does Instivas record my calls?
No. By default, Instivas processes your call audio in real time to detect what's happening but does not record or store the conversation. Enterprise plans include optional data governance controls for firms with specific requirements.
How does the approved-language architecture work?
Instivas uses AI to detect the intent of what's being said on the call — an objection, a buying signal, a compliance-sensitive question. But the response it surfaces comes from your firm's own pre-approved playbook, not from open-ended AI generation. This eliminates hallucination risk and keeps every response compliant.
Who is Instivas built for?
